Want to get started with Small Group Pilates? A regular practice is the key to success with Pilates. This 6-Week Series will introduce students to the Pilates Method's principles and basic repertoire in a supportive environment, at a deliberate pace. Class is limited to 4 participants and requires a 6-week commitment. No refunds can be given for missed classes.
