Work with Krista

one-on-one,online, or in a small group

I’m dedicated to facilitating positive movement experiences for everyone I work with.

We all have our own unique lived experiences that inform our bodies and our minds. I take pride in celebrating my clients’ individuality, while using a diverse set of tools I’ve developed through almost 15 years of studying and teaching Pilates. My clients range from active professionals working on cross-training for sports, to folks pre-habbing and re-habbing joint replacements, and lots of folks in-between.

My Experience

My initial Pilates Teacher Training was with BASI Pilates (“Contemporary”-style Pilates) in 2011. After earning a comprehensive certificate, I continued studying many styles and specialties, completing courses in Pilates for Neurological Condition and Pre & Post-Natal Pilates. Since 2014, I have concentrated on in-depth studies of “Classical” Pilates, (the closest style to what Joseph Pilates originally taught) with esteemed teachers Jennifer Stacey, Jennifer Kries, Blossom Leilani Crawford, Sophia Thorsen, and more. Currently I am finishing my certificate as a Pilates Apparatus Maintenance/Repair Technician.

I also support Pilates & Movement professionals through coaching, referral services, and with studio rental.
