Rate Adjustements for Pilates with Krista - Effective September 1, 2025
Dear Valued Pilates Clients,
Thank you so much for working with me at MVP! I so appreciate you all, and love being able to share movement and get stronger together.
We are approaching our 10-year anniversary at MVP!
I am so proud of the work I've done since 2016: building the studio community, surviving COVID, opening a 2nd studio space, creating a supportive environment for other Pilates teachers to be their own boss and create meaningful, sustainable careers for themselves...and just this year, adding brand-new custom-built classical equipment for our original studio, and hosting our first-ever Teacher Training.
The time has come for me to finally raise my session rates. (Last time was 2022!)
Based on my research, my current rates are way below local averages. I do believe in affordability! But in order to bring rates up to market value and keep up with sharply rising operational costs, my rates will be going up approximately 5% to 15%, depending on which services and packages you use.
**New Rates for Pilates with me will be effective September 1, 2025:**
Studio Private Session: $120 for single session / $1,150 package of 10** (4-packs $472)
Studio Duet Session: $70 for single session / $650 for 10
Small Group Class: $45 per drop-in class / $42 for 4 / $41.25 for 8
Independent Workouts: $20 per hour (must have instructor permission; subject to availability)
Zoom Session: $100 for single session / $950 for package of 10 (30 minute Zoom sessions will be $50 each)
**Alll prices listed for bulk packages require Auto-Renewal agreements.
If you are on an Auto-Pay package, your package's cost will be adjusted on September 1, and you will be charged the new price once your package renews. I am happy to help you find your number of sessions left and approximate dates of renewal.

I am still committed to making sure anyone who wants access to Pilates can get it.
There are a few ways to do this! 30-minute privates; every-other-week privates; duets; independent workouts; and work-trade for studio projects/tasks.
Another exciting and affordable new option: there are several Pilates Student Teachers available for lower-cost sessions who will be able to teach later in the fall. I'll stay in touch about those opportunities as they arise.
