NEW MAT CLASSES! 

Pilates Mat & More, Levels 1–3

Mondays, 9am

This multi-level mat class will feature much of the traditional Pilates Mat repertoire with some creative and functional additions, like balance work, and extra shoulder, foot, and ankle strengthening and mobility. All levels are welcome, and the pace will be moderate.


Gentle Contemporary Pilates Mat

Tentative time: Wednesdays at 3pm

This class will focus on establishing the best foundation possible for your Pilates practice. Modifications will be happily provided. All levels are welcome, especially beginners. Class will move at a deliberate pace.

Join Krista for an exploration of movement. Sometimes it will look and feel and sound like Pilates and sometimes it will be something totally different.

Movement Lab is a new way to look at moving together. The style will be more exploratory, less didactic, and more student-centered than our traditional ways of learning Pilates and movement.
